Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kaguva, the developer of Dragon Dive (the "game"). They cover the phone apps, the desktop version and the web versions. By playing, you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to play, or play with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Progress and in-game items

• Your progress is saved on your device or in your browser (on CrazyGames, also with its data service). Uninstalling the game or clearing your browser's data can lose it.
• Coins, upgrades and creatures have no real-world value and can't be sold or traded. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game.
• We may change or rebalance levels, creatures and rewards to keep the game fun.

Ads

The game is free and shows ads between runs. An optional video ad can double a run's coins; you never have to watch it. You can refuse personalized ads where the law gives you that choice (see the Privacy Policy).

Fair play

Don't tamper with the game or its saves, use cheats or bots, or use the game to break the law or anyone's rights.

Our game and content

The game, its code, art, music, names and logos belong to Kaguva or its licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell, redistribute or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

Changes

We update the game and may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that progress will never be lost, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
