How it plays
A long voxel dragon and its small pilot run over the hills on their own. You only decide when to dive, and when to come back up.
Dive through the cut-away earth. Going down builds speed, and deep down nobody on the surface can see you.
Turn up and blast out of the slope. Speed becomes height: the deeper the dive, the bigger the leap.
Land on things. Burst out right under them for a double-points uppercut. Keep going for a huge combo.
The ground is cut away, so you watch your tunnel, the stone layers, the gold, and what's waiting down there: lava pockets, water that slows you, hard rock and buried mines.
Plough through streets of houses, or take a castle apart wall by wall: archers on the battlements, a gate, towers, and the keep, worth 1,200 points times your combo. Swordsmen charge, mages throw homing orbs, and cannons fire back.
A level moves through lake country, lava fields with a volcano on the horizon, minefields full of bomb traps, villages, cities and fortresses. Each has its own earth, sky and dangers. Leap the chasms, and eat the birds and sheep: three snacks make a heart.
Bosses
One at the end of each level, and each one asks you to use your dive and your burst in a new way.
A castle on wheels that flees just faster than you run, throwing boulders. Catch it with fast bursts.
A marching fortress, armoured until its drums bounce and it lifts. Burst up into the gap, and dive under the pikes.
A paddle barge with its own moat and a bucket that throws water. Only a burst from below can hurt it.
A clockwork bell tower on springs. You can only hit it in mid-air, and when it lands, you'd better be underground.
A duel under the ground. Dodge its drill charge, then ram it while it stalls.
Creatures
Dragons are balanced. Fierce dragons leap higher and turn sharper. Winged dragons glide about twice as far but dig slower. Worms tear through the ground and can barely fly.
Earn coins, buy upgrades in the Dragon Den, and come back for the daily reward, the daily missions and the achievements.
