These terms are an agreement between you and Kaguva, the developer of Kaboom Truck! (the "game"). By playing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country, up to 16 in parts of the EEA), or play with the permission of a parent or guardian. On CrazyGames and Poki, the portal's own terms also apply, such as CrazyGames' terms.

2. Progress and unlocks

• The game has no accounts. Your progress is saved in your browser, and on CrazyGames also with your CrazyGames account. Clearing your browser's data or changing device can lose it.
• XP, upgrades, trucks and rewards exist only inside the game. They have no real-world money value and can't be sold or traded.
• The game has no purchases.
• We may change or rebalance upgrades, rewards and achievements to keep the game fair and fun.

3. Ads

On CrazyGames and Poki, the portal shows ads between runs, and you can choose to watch one for an optional bonus. There is always an equal free option beside it. The portal is responsible for those ads.

4. Fair play

Don't tamper with the game, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights. Please report bugs to us rather than exploiting them.

5. Our game and content

The game, its code, art, names and logos belong to Kaguva or its licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell, rehost or redistribute the game, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your play.

6. Changes

We may update the game and these terms, and we may stop offering the game. When the terms change, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
