1. What the game saves
Your progress is saved on your own device, in your browser's storage: XP and level, upgrades, unlocked trucks, achievements, best scores, daily rewards and missions, and your settings such as sound. It isn't sent to us, and we can't see it.
2. Playing on CrazyGames or Poki
The portal hosts the page you play on, and it decides what it collects, including ad and usage data.
- CrazyGames: the game also stores a copy of your progress with CrazyGames' data service, so that it can follow you if you're logged in there. CrazyGames holds it; we don't receive it. See CrazyGames' privacy policy.
- Poki: the game tells Poki when play starts and stops, so that it can place its ad breaks. See Poki's privacy policy.
3. Ads
Ads appear only between runs, or when you choose to watch one for an optional bonus, which always sits beside an equal free option. They are chosen and delivered by the portal and its partners, not by us, and any personal data they use, along with your ad choices, is handled by the portal. We don't receive information about you from them.
4. What we don't collect
The game has no account system, no server of ours, no chat and no leaderboard of its own. It doesn't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or location. If you turn on the optional tilt control on a phone, the motion sensor is read only to steer the truck; it isn't stored or sent anywhere.
5. Phone versions
The Android and iOS versions aren't out yet. If they add ads, purchases or other services, we'll update this policy before they are released.
6. This website
These pages use no cookies, analytics or ads of ours. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and operation. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open them.
7. If you write to us
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
8. Deleting your data
- Progress on your device: clear the site data for the page you play on, in your browser's settings. This erases your progress for good.
- Progress on CrazyGames: it's held with your CrazyGames account, so CrazyGames handles its deletion.
- Email: write to us and we'll delete your messages.
There is no Kaboom Truck! account to delete, because the game doesn't create one.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, Brazil and some US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use and to complain to your data protection authority. The only personal data we hold ourselves is what you send us by email, so write to us for that. For anything the portal holds, contact the portal.
10. Children
Kaboom Truck! is a cartoon game for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, up to 16 in parts of the EEA). If a child has emailed us personal data, a parent or guardian can write to us and we'll delete it. On CrazyGames and Poki, the portal applies its own rules for younger players.
11. Changes to this policy
If the game changes what it does with data, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
